Mike Greetham Architect
Member RIBA.
. Registered Architect with the United Kingdom Architects Registration
Board.
I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance for the protection of clients and am now accepting CDM (Construction [Design and Management] Regulations 1996) commissions as Planning Supervisor.
Having always had a particular interest in client participation I try to enable my clients to make all the important design decisions themselves. This, where applied, requires more clear, information to be produced and time spent explaining everything. Clients do not always want this level of service but, when they do, it is an extremely satisfying way of working for everyone which ensures that the client gets want they want and fully understands and appreciates the service.
I am able to make savings operating in this manner by working from a very small office, at home, as a sole practitioner with few overheads.
Please Note
This web page is still being developed so I hope you do not see it as a reflection of my professionalism or design ability (or lack of it) as an architect, but merely an internet amateur's groping attempt to learn how the world-wide web might be used by architects.
I hope you will find something of interest here, however, and visit again!
I still intend to update, upgrade and design itand hopefully, over what is turning out to be an increasingly long time, it will develop successfully. Please feel free to email me with your comments, good and bad but, hopefully, helpful.
